How I Manifested Winning A $10,000 Funded Trip To Guatemala
In the early months of 2023, I caught the travel bug and decided to create a fresh vision board. I incorporated a picture of a world map without any specific destination in mind, convinced that an opportunity would eventually present itself, satisfying my wanderlust.
Fast forward two months; the company I was employed at sent an email announcing an opportunity for employees to win a trip worth up to $10,000 in support of a good cause. Initially hesitant due to the perceived effort, I had a last-minute change of heart and decided to participate. My chosen program was based in Guatemala.
One month after I submitted my application, I received a notification that I had been shortlisted to progress to the final stage, which entailed creating a 2-5 minute video. In the video, I had to explain why I should be chosen and provide additional details about my selected program. Despite minimal preparation and no script, I recorded the video to genuinely represent myself and speak from the heart.
Following the submission of my video, we were informed that the winner would be announced by the end of April 2023. While I didn't receive any communication until May 2nd, my confidence in being selected remained unshaken. I understood that delays might occur in announcing the winner, so I steadfastly held onto my vision and was certain I would secure the funded trip.
Here are a few techniques I employed to manifest this opportunity:
I firmly believed that I deserved to be the chosen winner, expecting the reviewing council to favorably decide in my favor without hesitation. In the video I submitted, I discussed my plans as though everything had already been arranged. In my mindset, it was a done deal that this trip would come to fruition.
I visualized receiving the congratulatory email.
I clung to the belief that everything on my vision board would come to fruition. Each morning, when I looked at my vision board, I reaffirmed to myself, "Everything I place on my vision board becomes my reality.”
I pictured myself creating this blog, showcasing a collection of images from my time in Guatemala, prominently placed at the forefront.
I entered a meditative state and envisioned myself in Guatemala.
I began shopping for outfits that I would wear during the trip.
My intention behind writing this blog is to provide motivation to pursue all your heart's desires. Even when some manifestations may appear too ambitious to attain, it's essential to remember that nothing is impossible. In the realm of manifesting, nothing is too grand or too modest. What's required is a resolute belief, a clear vision, and unwavering effort to bring your desires to life. Therefore, maintain your focus on your goals and never cease to believe in your capacity to transform them into reality.
